Hello Guys!,
Well, here I am still stuck in this weird part of a strange country (the USA)- it changed enomously since I was a kid in Berkeley, California. Bikes here in the US are a 2007 BMW R1200S shod with Dunlop Q2 dual compond tires and a 1994 URAL hack which I must get some new Mikuni Carbs for. The original Russian carbs are kept purely as souvenirs! Eliane, my wife who some of you might remember, now rides her own 2001 Suzuki SV650S.
Anyway, today I am off to Las Vegas for a two day riding camp put on by the California Superbike School (Keith Code riding school) at the Las Vegas raceway complex. This will be my third school, so far, and I am going going faster and faster; almost have my knee on the pavement now This year is going to be fun as I am taking my son with me........he just turned 23. Now isn't that Scary??!!
Will send a blog next month with some photos of our exploits if I can figure out how to paste them....!
