First time in a while.
I am now doing more miles on a pushbike, than on a motorbike.
I am participating in the 'Ride to Work' scheme and cycle to work every day. A round trip of 10 miles/ day.
For the first time in my life I feel reasonably fit!!!!!
Todays run took in my first love - steam.
